ELLIOTT, Rose Marie – Passed peacefully away on Friday, September 21, 2018 at the H.S.C. after a short illness. Rose Marie Elliott residing in Mount Pearl formerly of Newmans Cove, Bonavista Bay. Predeceased by parents: Rance and Selena (nee Cole) Elliott; nephews: Greg Denty, Jesse, Jarred and Jordan Elliott and niece Jasmine Elliott. Leaving to mourn with heavy hearts her brothers: Reg (Sharon) their children Sarah (Mike), Luke (Chelsea) and Jenna (Adam); Tony his son’s Troy (Debbie), Zachary (Miranda) and Bradley (Jasmine); Earl (Della) their children Jason (Pam), Dawn (Glen) Smith, Laura (Randy) Jones, Marcia (Geremy) Leonard, and Angela Denty; Alvin (Kim) their children Joshua (Kaitland) and Kaitlin (Tyler) Burke; great nieces and nephews: Olivia, Payton, Mathew, Cody, Ashley, Emma, Cameron, Brayden, Owen, Jonah, Clara and Rowan. Also to mourn her loss her sister -in-law and best friend Annette Elliott; best friends: Elsie Hodder and Cathy Squires and a large circle of cousins and friends. At Rose Marie’s request cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home 73 Commonwealth Ave, Mt. Pearl on Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 2:00 – 9:00 p.m., as well a visitation will be held at the Newman’s Cove United Church on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 10:00 a.m –9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from Newman’s Cove United Church. Interment to follow at Newman’s Cove United Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donation’s may be made in Rose Marie’s memory to the Daffodil Place.
