Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home in St. John's, NL on Thursday, July 5, 2018, surrounded by family and friends, Esther Hamlyn, age 77 years. Predeceased by parents James and Clara Snook; Sisters - Emily Duffenais (Leo), Margaret Venditti (Jim); Brothers- John Snook (Elizabeth), Jim Snook (Mary). Leaving to mourn are her Husband Douglas Hamlyn; Children- Michael Snook (Debbie), Glenn McIsaac (Karen), Carl McIsaac and Renee Hamlyn; Grandchildren - Keshia Snook, Nicole McIsaac, Deidre McIsaac, Blake McIsaac, Diana Snook, Amanda Snook, Ethan Snook and Connor Snook; Siblings- Anne Smith (Ray), George Snook, Theresa LeCoure (Ivan), Edmund Snook, Ned Snook (Mona) and Fred Snook. Special thanks to the staff at St. Patrick's Home for the care, support and compassion that they have shown our mother during her time with them. Visitation will be at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Church on Sunday, July 8, 2018 from 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm. Funeral Service to be held from Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Church on Monday, July 9 at 10:30am.
