KEEPING, Margaret Rose (nee Fillier) – Passed suddenly away on Monday, June 25, 2018. Margaret Keeping age 81 years. Predeceased by her brothers: Wayne, Walt and Graham Fillier. Leaving to mourn her devoted husband of 54 years Rod; her children: Bob (Shelley) and Paulette (Cory) Sweetapple; grandchildren: Nicholas and Emma; sisters: Ros and Jean Fillier; brothers: Bill (Isabel), Hal (Elaine) and Lorne; brothers-in-laws: Winston (Anne), Melvin (Faye), Richard (Kay), Roy (Norma) and Kevin; sisters-in-laws: Jos (Rob), Laverne, Loretta (Greg) Venetta (Jerome) and a large circle of family and friends. Visitation will take place at Barrett’s Funeral Home 73 Commonwealth Ave., Mt. Pearl on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 2:00 -4:00 and 7:00 -9:00 and Friday, June 29, 2018 from 2:00 -4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from Barrett’s Funeral Chapel, Mt. Pearl. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Blackmarsh Road.
