Obituary for Evelyn Moore

Passed peacefully away on June 23rd at the age of 90, Evelyn Louise Moore (nee Little) of St. John’s. Evelyn was predeceased by her parents Angus and Arianna Little, husband Garfield, son Frederick, sister Muriel (Greening) and brother Calvin Little.

Leaving to mourn sister Audrey Vincent (Fred), sisters in law Lily (Little), Lorraine (Moores), Dorothy Moore (David), Alma (Pond) and brother in law Harold Greening. Also leaving her son James (Angela), daughter Marilyn (Don Prince) grand children Sarah (Debbie Hutchings) Susan (Stephen Wheeler) Adam, Jacob, Courtney (Matthew Cook) and Nadia (Adam Churchill) and daughter in law Barbara. She also leaves five great grandchildren, Morgan, Maggie, Sadie, Clara and Zoë and a circle of friends and relatives.

The family is thankful to the staff at St. Clare’s and the Miller Centre for their excellent care.

Visitation at Barrett’s Funeral Home Hamilton Avenue on Tuesday June 26th from 2 to 9pm.

Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Evelyn’s memory can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
