Condolence: My deepest condolences to you all. I was one of Capt Drowns secretaries at the College on Parade Street. He was so kind, a great person to work for. He always spoke so fondly of his family. He brought me a gift once from a work trip he took, a beautiful China German Shepard. I still have it , ironic, only last week I was showing a friend and speaking of him. God Speed Capt. Drown.

Condolence: Dear Jane, Hannah, Lucy and Family - so very sorry to hear of Captain Drown’s passing. As you know I worked with Captain Drown as his secretary in the Nautical Science Department for a number of years. I always enjoyed his different sense of humour - he made me laugh a lot. He was so proud of his family. My sincere condolences to you all. ❤️

Condolence: We were saddened to read Denis’ obituary yesterday. I enjoyed Denis’ contribution to faculty meetings and negotiating sessions while at College of Fisheries. Denis always had a spirit of optimism and never got his feathers ruffled. To Jane and family, please accept our sincere condolences at this special time.

Condolence: To Jane and family, very sorry to hear of Denis's passing. He was a long time colleague at the Marine Institute and at Canship Ugland where our paths crossed again. He was always helpful and very insightful into the maritime industry, especially as it relates to training competent seafarers and promoting our industry. My thoughts are with you and family
