The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Dr. Norman Lush can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I have happy memories of Dr.Lush while growing up on Cornwall Crescent. He seemed to be always laughing and made sure when i was around his house, being friends w Nancy and Sandra, he would include me too, and we'd go to Art Noseworthy's swimming pool in 3 Island Pond. Life will never be the same for his daughters and other family without him and his fun-loving spirit.

Condolence: Nancy, I was so sad to hear of you dad’s passing. I know he cared deeply for his family, and you meant so much to him, being with him through these past few years. You saw him through difficult times, and I am certain he is with you still, watching over you as you go through this grief. Remember the good times, and don’t forget to call on your friends in times of need. Take care of yourself., and I hope to see you soon.

Condolence: We were saddened to read of Norman's passing. He was a proud, fun loving Newfoundlander, in addition to his many accomplishments as a medical doctor in the field of Neurology in his native province.
We are very familiar with the Lush family as we grew up at the same time in the early days of Gander.
Our deepest sympathy goes out to all of his family, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
