Unfortunately because I'm presently vacationing in Florida, I will not be able to join the family vigil for Bertha. My memories of Bertha are meeting her yearly at Howard's & Alice's home for special family celebrations...especially at Christmas time. She was easy to remember because of her friendliness & appreciation for people....especially for those who were connected to her native home town of Fortune!
