Condolence: My deepest condolences to Diane's family on the passing of a wonderful person. She was a bright spot in so many people's lives. Every time I went to A and W, she was funny, pleasant and made time to speak to all customers. Heaven has gained another angel!

Condolence From: Matt Joy & Spruce Hills Community Church
Condolence: Our sincere condolences and our prayer extend to the family as you lay this incredible woman to rest. Diane was a living demonstration of what it was to put others first and to use what she had to lift and encourage those around her. When she was managing the store in Paradise a couple of years back, she stepped up to partner with us in sponsoring families in need at Christmas. It was incredible and it inspired our Church and community in a great way. Again this year, in the midst of her own suffering, Diane and the boys stopped in the middle of their most valuable time to make a family's Christmas one of the best ever. They did this without any fanfare and only to ensure authentic love was communicated in tangible ways to a family who was desperate to receive it. Her legacy lives on and we are all better for how she lived and loved. Our thoughts and prayers are with you today. I wish I could be present this afternoon but know Diane's imprint is present in my life, our family, and our church family. Pastor Matt Joy (& The congregation of Spruce Hills Community Church, Paradise & CBS).

Condolence: What can I say about, Diane.. Her continuing public struggle to fight for government medical funding for all terminal patients everywhere, has been incredibly moving. Being a single mother, running a business, fighting the good fight, keeping a beacon of positive light lit for all around her, and all the while dealing with a terminal illness..literally left me speechless and in awe. I feel such sincere condolences to her boys and her family. They, and all of us have lost a true hero, in every sense of the word. "The song has ended, But the melody lingers on.."

Condolence: ok, i am gonna try and get thru this but please bear with me if i ramble a bit. this week i lost my oldest and dearest friend, i am not sad that she is no longer here. to ask that would be selfish, i seen the pain she was in, it broke my heart, but i could not, would not want her to go thru any more pain for me. she was my first real friend, since the age of 4 we were buddies! we grew up together, her family was my family! cammie and fred were my second parents, i still call cammie mom #2, freddie and jason were my friends, but diane was my best bud! as we got older we went in different directions but always stayed in touch. when i moved back to NF diane planned my suprise 40th b day party! my kids were, and still are friends with her kids. when i was getting re married to cindy, diane was like the over protective sister, making sure i was happy. when she seen that i was, then she was! i have a hole in my heart tonite, i flew in from Makkovik for x-mas but also to see her once again. as luck would have it, i got to visit twice! i thought about staying longer but life goes on, i had to get back to my life, as she would say. i got on the plane at 7am today, and you slipped away shortly after. you were one of a kind sweetie, i will never forget you! i love you stinky!

Condolence: I got to know Diane during a motorcycle safety course a long time ago. She came to learn how to drive a scooter but left with an A in driving a motorcycle. That was Diane.. She was smart, brave, strong, kind, down to earth and always smiling. Although she has been through so many ups and downs these past few years it never changed who she was. To know her was to love her. May God help her sweet boys, family and friends though this difficult time. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. xoxo

Condolence: I am so sorry for your loss. I have never met Jordan and have met Stacey only once or twice but my sister, Stephanie, is very close with them. I have never met Diane but we know what you are going through during this difficult time and there are no words to ease this pain right now. It seems that you have a huge support system and many people cared deeply for her. She must have been an amazing woman who fought like a warrior. May the fact that she is no longer in pain bring you some peace of mind during this difficult time. Again, I offer my sincerest condolences.
