BRODERICK, Patrick Joseph - Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family on Christmas Day, just shy of his 67th birthday. Predeceased by his parents: James and Bridget Broderick; brothers: Frank, Andy, Tommy, Mike, Dennis, and Junior; sisters: Dorothea, Helen, Kathleen, Juanita, and Geraldine, and father-in-law Walter Chidley. Leaving to mourn with fond and happy memories wife Gaye, sons: Mark (Jennifer) and Morgan, and daughter Megan. Beloved grandchildren: Leah, Jadyn, Jonah and Mason; sister Mary (George); brothers: Bill (Trudy) and Harry; mother-in-law: Pat Chidley; sisters-in-law: Dawn Peddigrew (Jim), Peg Goss (Glenn) and Sandra Chidley. A huge number of nieces and nephews. Also his co-workers at The Royal Garage. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home on 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, Wednesday December 27th 7:00 - 9:00 pm, Thursday December 28th 1:00 - 3:00 pm and 7:00 - 9:00 pm, and Friday December 29th 10:00 - noon followed by funeral services in Barrett's Chapel, Mt. Pearl at 2:00 pm. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Patrick’s memory to a charity of one's choice.
